  Laughable. The store sells junk. The ultimate promblem is there manager. She may try hard to come off knowledgeable but couldn't find her way out of paper bag. I was in there the other day some guy was trying to sell his halo camera she tried to spit out these technical specs. Mind you after looking it up online. Now she was an expert. I just laughed. And there music gear is crap. Don't buy it go down the road to fingerswagger and save yourself from buying broken equipment. Stay informed and avoid this location. Its a mess and needs new management desperately.

  Apparently my previous review was deleted. They didn't bother to check to see if the device they were selling even had a working charging port. It was not sold "as is" either. By the time I figured out that the charger was bunk, I was already out of my *24 hour exchange window*. Highly unimpressed and will never buy from this particular pawn 1 again.

  I went in to sale some electronics in great condition and the guy that helped me didn't have any any customer service skills. And only wanted to give me 35 bucks for all the electronics I brought with me .

  I bought a laptop here a year ago took it back in got a loan on it and when I paid to have it back brought it home and it no longer works! Broke in their possession and refused to refund or exchange it!
