  We had the great fortune of working with Jeff Guillen on the purchase of our home. He was absolutely fantastic and made the process smooth and painless! This was our first time buying a home and Jeff was very thorough in his explanation of the timeline for the whole process, what was expected of us as well as any major pitfalls to avoid in the process even before we started. Hearing other people talk about things that went wrong during the closing of their homes lead me to believe this was crucial to the successful and quicker turnaround time of the closing of ours. Jeff was always prompt in answering any correspondence between not only us but anyone else involved in this transaction. He was great with getting in touch with us when the underwriters needed further information to ensure any delay on their part. Jeff also provided us with contact information on Insurance Agents to help us compare the quotes we received on our Home Owner's Insurance, as well as taking the initiative of reaching out to a friend of his to assess what he felt the home was worth to see if we were being quoted a fair purchase price. I would highly recommend Jeff Guillen to anyone looking to purchase a home, but particularly for first time home buyers. There is no substitution for a good Mortgage Consultant that knows what they are doing and can give you tips on what to look out for during this process. Jeff was very professional and helped us to close earlier than originally anticipated. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience.

  From the first time we met Jeff seven years ago he has been the best! He goes above and beyond to make sure that you get a great interest-rate and the best service anyone can imagine. He works with you and advises you what to do to make sure that you can lock in an outstanding rate! He is honest and will not give a bad loan even if he hast to do a little extra work to help you get to where you need to be. A lot of people wait until they get their credit figured out to apply for a loan but still they don’t know what to do to fix things. When we came to Jeff in June of 2020, our credit was kind of a mess and he walked us through everything we needed to do to improve our credit and lock in our current interest rate of 2.65%. He has helped us with our home loan and recently a re-finance. We were and always are extremely happy with Jeff. I have recommended him to friends and family, I even gave his card to my chiropractor, that’s how much I trust him.

  My husband and I could not be happier with our experience with Jeff at Geneva Financial. He is super nice, easy to communicate with, professional and personable, all while being extremely good at what he does and fully knowledgeable about the market, lending, and all the ins and outs that we needed him to know!! He worked quickly and timely in a critical housing situation where we needed someone to be on the ball. That he was. I’d say he’s the Kobe Bryant of lending...possibly the Michael Jordan but Im not a Bulls fan so I won’t take it there. Stacy was also a super cool “chic” and we developed a funny inside joke while working together. These guys rock. I literally have not one complaint. We have worked with other lenders and will go through Jeff from now on!! I feel extremely confident recommending him. He will do his best and work hard to get things done in your best interest. Now shoot that shot and buy a home, what are you waiting for!?

  Jeff is on top in the lending game in WA and ID. Not only has he worked loan magic with us personally - making him the only guy we will ever use - but is now our favorite guy to recommend to our buyer clients.   Working with Jeff Guillen was hands down one of the most easiest and most pleasant experiences I've had when it comes to home ownership. I refinanced with Geneva and I was recommended to use Jeff.   My wife and I hadn't moved in 16 years and needed someone to work very hard for us and to walk us through the process from start to finish. Jeff is outstanding! I never felt that I was bothering him with phone calls, texts, or emails. He responded promptly with great knowledge, encouragement, and was great at anticipating all the potential issues. He worked very well with both my realtor and the realtors of the other parties. When we wanted to work with certain people, that wasn't a problem, and yet when we weren't sure what to do, he always had a name of someone we could talk to and those individuals were outstanding as well.
