Chase Bank Reviews

Jenn V1If my money is in a bank and I want to add a person to my account, I should be able to do so. I shouldn't have to waste time, take time off of work because the service isn't available online, to be told I have to schedule an appointment. Absolutely absurd! Do better!

Matthew Luedke1I came to this branch to close an account. The account closure had been approved by Chase and through the amazing customer service of Yvonne. Yvonne is a customer service ninja if I ever saw one. The problem is that this branch (specifically Sonja) refused to help me close the account, refused to call Yvonne, told me to go somewhere else. Simply said that I couldn’t be helped that day because they had no more appointment slots and she had someone coming in 10 minutes. After another call to Guru Yvonne she sent me to another Customer Service Jedi Brenna at the Sullivan branch who closed the account in less than 10 minutes! Can’t say enough bad things about how I was treated by Sonja and her branch. Seek out a different branch.

Isaac Sanders5We had an excellent experience with this branch. Olee was very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Not only did he take the time to open a new savings account with us, but he also gave excellent advice on building credit, buying our first home and savings. If you have any needs, Olee is an excellent resource.

Carol5My 5 star review is specific to one employee, OA. I don't think you publish names of employees in reviews for - obvious reasons. OA helped me get the info I needed regarding my Mother's former investment account so I could get that info to the State of Washington. The info was necessary to prove she had no more investment $ so the State could help finance her end-of-life care. After contacting 4 other Chase/JP Morgan locations and being disconnected 3X (work at home likely) and being told it was not possible the 4th time, OA was a breath of fresh air. He got me the data by requesting his supervisor send it in Chase/JP Morgan secure email to a branch manager within a mile of me (So Cal) so I could be handed the document needed. He called me repeatedly over 2 days to be SURE it was working so my Mom would have every possible chance of getting financial assistance from the State. He took to heart the need I had and found a way to both get me the info AND make sure the info was secure at the same time. Kudos to OA! Now I will write his Manager.

JUST JULIA1Worst customer service of any bank I have ever been to. I have banked with Chase for nearly 20 years. This branch is definitely hurting Chase Bank's reputation. It is an extremely poor reputation of the excellent institution that I've had the pleasure of doing business with all of these years.

Dan Burgess1Five drive-thru lanes, only one with an ATM. So dumb. Come on Chase.

angela Cagle1Most unhelpful, unfriendly, unknowledgeable bankers I have ever dealt with at this pines branch! I liked the one inside of Fredmeyer and liked the employees but unfortunately due to COVID they are using that as an excuse to not open that branch so I am forced to deal with incompetence at pines.

Ronald R. McHaney1I have banked at Chase for more than 20 years in three different states. I have always had good service until now. At the branch on Sprague, there are always a lot of suits standing and sitting around but never enough tellers. The wait time is excessive. Everyone complains but nothing is done. It has been two months since I started using this branch so this is not a one time problem. Today the line was nearly out the door. There were seven cars stacked up at the drive-thru. My advice, go to the branch at Fred Meyer on Sullivan or switch to Banner.

George Conrad1Poor customer service by phone or in person. I planned to move my accounts as soon as I find a better alternative. I also have concerns about the politically correct "movements" that Chase is backing financially.

Rikki Bobbi1Darlene Cross is the manger at this branch and she is a grumpy old lady and has a very ugly soul...she was very rude and as soon I walked up I could see she was going to be someone hard to deal with and I never got the help I needed honestly chase bank has been the worst experience I have ever had and I have Multiple business accounts and I’ve never had issues like i do with chase. Darlene Cross gives the chase bank a bad look.
