  When choosing a lender, a lot of people will simply look for the lowest interest rate, the first company that pops up on Google, or whoever they’ve seen commercials for on TV. Don’t do that. You need someone who will have your back and take incredible care of you. You need Teddy. He is passionate about what he does, and has truly become a master of his craft. I just finished a transaction with him and it was the smoothest financing process I’ve ever seen! Teddy is very thorough in his work to make sure no surprises pop up at the last minute and make your life difficult or derail the whole process. That being said, sometimes issues do arise, and he’s the guy you want on your side to help you through. The loan officer you choose will make a world of difference in your home purchase, or refinancing, and Teddy is the right choice. He brings excellent service, expert knowledge, and a friendly smile to the table, and as a Realtor, I wish I could work every transaction with him!

  Teddy is the absolute best!!! We started the process months before we were ready to buy. He answered so many emails and questions I had, sometimes I asked the same question multiple times! Once we were ready to get the loan he was ready and worked hard to make sure we got the best deal and best interests rate he could for us. We couldn't be morw haply with the whole buying experience.   I am a first time home buyer and first time dealing with a loan officer .Teddy came highly recommended . Being a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions.   We first met Teddy at the first time homebuyers class that he was teaching. He did such a great job teaching at that class that we went ahead and moved forward with him being our loan officer.   Just closed on my first house, and Teddy was extremely helpful every step of the way. I was approved by three different mortgage companies. I decided on Teddy and his team at Movement Mortgage, because of their professionalism and ability to put my mind at ease, during what can be a very stressful process.
