Arizona Federal Credit Union Reviews

Sherry Neve1As a prospective new member I am writing this based on my online experience. I would like to first comment on the lazy member rep and how confusing she made this exprience. She, Brytine, sent the eSign documents but never sent the pin. When I went through the trouble if trying to figure it out I got locked out, she then sends me this warning.."I'll open it one more time" as if, it wasn't her fault for forgetting to send the pin. Then trying to get through it I requested that she call to make sute uts completed correctly and assist to get through the system in case I failed the "one more time" stressful warning. Nope, not a single call to assist. So I get on the docu-sign program and find out most the identity questions are not mine, (*not sure if this is the branches fault) but I get locked out again 3 more times with the reps dumb warning "one more time" then finally I get through it all, signed and two days later I get a message voided due to expiration. She then states in response to my email that I never signed it. Unbelievable! Just wow, what crappy customer service. She told me I'll need to go IN to the branch, and I will but somewhere else. Not a good reflection on the CU if this is how their front line operates.

Leah Adams2This bank is great until you have to deal with customer service. They sound like they’d rather be doing something else, and they make the whole situation more complicated than it really is.
Response from the ownerHi Leah – Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry that we’ve given you such a bad impression of our service. We’d like to talk to you further about your recent experience and figure out where we went wrong. Please send us a direct message through Facebook with your phone number and we’ll have a senior team member give you a call.

Jeffrey Nguyen (VietRolla)1This branch is really shady, I know I handed over at least 1300 to deposit in my account and it's my fault for not having the teller count the money in front of me and not noticing that on the record only showed 1100... But just the fact that when I tried to correct it they said there was nothing they could do... Never coming back to this branch again.
Response from the ownerHi Jeffrey - Thank you for reaching out and sharing your recent experience. We'd like to look into your deposit and interaction with this branch further, but need some additional information from you to do so. Can you please give Dominic or Christopher a call at (602) 683-1380? Thank you!

Thomas L1Used to be able to walk in and out in less than 5 minutes during non-peak hours. Now I always spend 15 minutes or more. Not uncommon to only see one teller on duty.
Response from the ownerHi Tom - Thank you for sharing your feedback! Since the Glendale branch has been getting busier, we've been working to help with the lines and have installed Envelope-Free ATMs (most deposits at these are credited the same day) and additional staff - including Peak Time Tellers. We'll be sure to pass this feedback along to the management team, as well. Thank you.

Dane Sterns1I went in to the branch about releasing a temporary charge from hertz so my payroll can clear!! THEY TOLD ME TO CALL HERTZ AND HERTZ AND I DID AND HERTZ WONT WORK WITH ME!!!! SO NOW MY PAYROLL IS RIGHT BECAUSE OF THEM!!! THEY ARE THE WORST ON THE PHONE, THE CSR SAID SHE COULD ESCALATE MY CALL BUT I'D JUST BE "TOLD THE SAME THING". The authorization was an error on Hertz end and now my payroll has to suffer and they don't care even though the notes say the funds will be released shortly anyways!!!!
Response from the ownerHi Mr. Sterns - We reviewed our records and it looks like we were able to release this temporary authorization on 10/6. Please give us a call at (602) 683-1000 so we can look into any issues you're having on your account. Thank you!
