  I’m honestly so disappointed in this branch, closing hours state 2pm on saturdays not 1:45pm. the doors should NOT be locked until the clock hits 2pm. why are the employees locking the doors at 1:45pm???

  Every time I go to a branch to make a deposit, you send me a survey to fill out. Honestly, it gets to be a bit much! Please stop sending these to me! If I have a problem at one of your branches, I will consult with the branch manager at the time. Thank You.

  The most pleasant experience with a bank/ credit union that I've ever experienced. So friendly and informative. I was explained every option that I was in search of. I opened a checking ,savings and christmas club account and given other options in about twenty minutes. Very good experience. Especially after the turmoil I had just been through with my previous credit union. For a pleasant and easy going start up I give mountain America in Kearns, Utah 5+ stars.. Definitely recommend them to all...

  bad service every time we go deposit money the self banking is always out of service or isn’t receiving cash deposits!!

  I brought my elderly mother in today to close her account . There was a long line of people waiting for tellers. I asked a young lady If this was the line we needed to be in to close her account . Ellie immediately said I’ll help you, brought us over to her desk . She went above and beyond taking care of us . She had such a great positive attitude - we sure appreciated her help since my mom was struggling today.

  Excellent customer service been with mountain America for over 12 years, This mountain America is the best credit Union in Utah I have tried others but they just don't add up to mountain America and there mountain America family

  I’ve called every day this week and left a message each time but for some reason they can’t be bothered to respond. Awful service. Every time I go in to get something fix I always end up coming back and having to waste my time again. The tellers are not well trained. They will not send you any emails or calls to inform you of things going on with your account either. Will be moving my accounts soon.

  I can't describe how happy I'm with this branch, they are really Amazing specially carmen,she help me a lot! I truly appreciate everything she have done for me. I never made a better choice to go this Bank Mountain America is the best!!
