  POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.. Long story short I deposited a check through mobile deposit, told me they did not know where MY money was and that the money was floating around... the manager did not even lift a finger to help the situation she was extremely rude the bank teller didnt even know what he was doing, tried to have me OVERDRAFT MY ACCOUNT instead of trying to get me my MONEY. Definitely closing my account since they just want to take my money and not even deposit it into MY ACCOUNT and use an excuse saying my money is “ floating around and would rather me overdraft it.. SO RIDICULOUS. Don't open an account with these imbeciles EDIT: THANK YOU CUSTOMER SERVICE called and they gave me a credit of the full amount until they find where MY check went. The bank tellers here are still Imbeciles though but 5 star for customer service thank you Ariel !

  This branch is horrible. Opened an account there, try to call the branch, and they send you to customer service every single time. I talk to customer service asking for a specific person in the branch. They put me on hold for 10 minutes, come back on, and say she's not available. I say okay, and the person hangs up on me. Not even a sorry, or a bye, or anything. Just hangs up. No personal service here. I'd say the costco of banking here.....

  I went in to the Taylorsville (4700 branch) to open a new checking w/debt and savings account because my boyfriend had recommended them. I was quickly greeted and helped by Karen Rushton. She was super friendly and helpful as she walked me through all the options. She informed me about all sorts of convenient tools like bill pay, direct deposit, and the app to do it all! I even left with a chip card in hand! Very smooth and easy!

  This location is my favorite. They have other branches that are closer to me but the customer service at the drive up is fantastic The two men who typically work it are personable, efficient and make the drive worth it.

  Mountain America is the best bank I have ever interacted with, what I love the most about MACU is that you can just make a deposit without filling out that silly form, just tell the cashier what you want they will help you get your transaction going.

  I love the 4700 S. 2600 W branch. Every time I go into the CU I am treated great. Even the drive through window are friendly, kind and very patience with me.

  I like macu they been great .. I just wish they won't change the macu app so much, just leave it alone cause when you change , it gets to be a pain to relearn the app and it gets tricky for the older people!!

  Great branch, a bit busy at times but I don't mind. Shelby helped me through the process of getting approved for a car loan and helped me almost every step of the way, she is awesome!
