  I've been a Hercules Credit Union member since 1996! They are the best credit union, always watching out for me. I am not just a "member with an account", they know me. I am not just a number! They have the hometown feel and for that reason, I will stay with them. They offer great rates and a variety of services.   I've been a patron of Hercules Credit Union for more than 30 years. In those 30 plus years I have been treated with the utmost respect and always with a smile. Whether if it is a loan or setting up accounts the personnel always give me the best advise for my situation. They protect my accounts when I tell them I'm on vacation or if a charge comes through that doesn't look right, they notify me immediately. No other credit union has done what Hercules Credit Union has done for me and my family.

  I have been with Hercules Credit Union since 1977, I have grown up with them they have been so helpful. from my 1st checking account ( which I still have ) to helping me with loans, they have always been knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. I tried once to go with a bank, and quickly learned I didn't like that at all. I do all my business with Hercules Credit Union and always will.

  Hercules Credit Union has been my go-to for my financial needs since they were in a little building in Granger. From their home equity lines, auto loans, and money market I have had all of my accounts in one place and know some of the officers personally. I like the feeling that I'm familiar to them and welcome. It's simply the best place to be for money matters!

  I have had an account with Hercules for over 30 years now, (since I was a small child) and my experience has prevented me from looking for banking needs elsewhere. They have provided me with checking, savings, credit cards and numerous loans over the years and have always been easy to work with. I have recommended their services to many people over the years as I am sure I will continue to refer them for many more.

  We have done business with Hercules Credit Union since the 1980's. The employees have always been kind, helpful and willing to solve problems. We have taken out numerous loans. Our children have accounts here also even after they have married and left the state! Hercules has treated us personably even at the beginning when they didn't really know us. I have taught some of their children, we know one another by first names.We are like family. There is not much turnover of employees at Hercules, either. It is ALWAYS a pleasure doing business with Hercules Credit Union!

  I was looking for competitive auto loan rates and came across Hercules CU. I contacted them and spoke with Sandy, their loan guy. He took my information over the phone and had me approved for a loan in less than 10 minutes. Once I found the vehicle I wanted, I called Sandy and told him about the vehicle and sent him the sales agreement. I went into the branch and walked out in less than 20 minutes with the money in hand. This is by far the best, most personal service I've experienced, and at the lowest rate out there. I had also contacted one of the bigger credit unions, for which I'm a member to inquire about the same loan. They were to get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. Too late... I highly recommend this CU. Thank you Hercules!

  When my debit card info was stolen through a local gas pump, Hercules had instant fraud detection set up and my card shut off so fast that only a tiny amount of money was able to be taken from my account. Hercules then quickly notified authorities and those responsible were caught and prosecuted. I was totally reimbursed for the small loss by Hercules very quickly. I can always talk to a real, live person on the phone if I need to, and their car interest loan rates cannot be beat! Friendly and caring, secure transactions and knowledgeable employees.
