  I've loved my experience at SSFCU. Been banking here for 6 years or so, when a dealership used them for my car. I've used savings, checking, credit, personal loans, cashier's checks for a home, and 2 auto loans, and never had any issues with the service or the staff.

  My experience with security service and Westwood branch has nothing shirt of amazing. The company is great and the branch employees are even greater. They have helped me through my finances and appreciate everything they have done for us.

  I just completed first virtual banking experience (Covid Procedure) with a AJ Hyde at SSFCU Westwood in Utah. Mrs. Hyde made the experience absolutely wonderful. I was initially concerned with the virtual banking process (Being in Texas and working with a banker in Utah) but AJ made it simple and straightforward, even leaving me her direct contact for future banking needs. I am most certain that regardless the distance I will definitely contact her again! Thanks so much for keeping customers safe and going the distance during a pandemic SSFCU!

  I just completed the one of the new virtual appointments with AJ she was amazing with her customer care and answered all of my questions. The app used is similar to Zoom so it is easy to use from any device. If you are having issues with contacting your local branch like I was because of COVID I highly recommend this alternate service.

  My husband and I had an easy time setting up our new account with SSFCU using a virtual appointment. The process was short and simple. AJ was very helpful and kind and made sure we were able to get all the right information!

  I had a virtual appointment with Mrs.Hyde, the senior member relationship officer and I’ve got to tell you I was extremely impressed with the amazing courteousness and politeness I was treated with. The Virtual appointment kept me at ease and made it easy to get what I needed done. Highly recommend 👍

  This Credit Union is amazing. They truly care and get to know you. Shawn worked hard for me to get my loan when no one else would have. He made it a great experience. Everyone else there is great too. I pretty much know everyone there on a personal level now and they know me as well. At Security Service, you’re not looked at as a number but as a person.

  I've had deposits through this bank for upwards of 15 years, and never once has there been an issue or hold-up. Quality service, with quality consideration on a daily basis from the staff here at Taylorsville.
