      Setup my direct deposit with my employer 6 weeks ago to go through my Cyprus account. My 1st check got sent back to my employer and they have to re-issue another live paper check which have to wait for another long week. Long story short, my 2nd check did came through to the bank but was not posted into my account🤦‍♀️ I have to call the bank to confirm with them 5 times ( 2 Supervisors included) to see why it's still not posted. After been told and confirm by one of the supervisor that by 3pm it will be available in my account. It is now 17:45 and I am now been told by a different Supervisor that they can not give me a straight answer as to why it's still pending and not been posted yet. I am going to close my account with them after 5plus years of banking with them. Absolutely the worst Customer Service ever 🙄 in my entire life. I might call there Corporate too and file a complain with them. Ruin my Father's Day Weekend. Do not Bank with them.

      Came in to get my debit and credit card replaced, They said to take a seat while they get my new cards ready, waited for about 30 minutes for them to tell me the printer is not working. Waste of my time, never coming back again. I would rate them 0 stars if I could.

      This branch is soooooooo slow! Every visit is longer than 20 min. This drive thru is the WORST. This happens to be the only branch in the direction I'm going today. That is the only reason I ever stop here. No greeting whatsoever. When I pressed the call button, the response was short and sweet... 'Do you have a question?' That was it. Poor customer service

      No customer service at all. Requested multiple call backs with no response. They didn't change my address to my debit card so I couldn't purchase anything. They also blocked me from paying off my vehicle from another bank. Useless.

      Cheryl was absolutely amazing. The first location I went to had an issue with their card printer so I needed to go to this location. Cheryl C (I think was their last name) was very friendly with an upbeat attitude. While I was waiting for my card to print they were getting ready to close up and Cheryl was helping with the drive through. A customer needed a lot of quarters so Cheryl had the bank member come inside. Afterwards (I am still in the bank waiting for my cards to print) I hear Rob scolding Cheryl about helping the bank member. Cheryl tried to explain that she realized the moment she told them to come in that it was a mistake and she wouldn't do it again, and the whole situation felt very off. I'm sure there's some "inconvenience" in that because they had to do their closing procedure and find quarters, but regardless even after that bank member was gone I was still waiting in the lobby so it's not like they were able to leave( I was not trying to hold them back I was instructed to come to this location). I hope that this was just an off situation and that Rob is not treating people like this regularly. At the end of the day Cheryl went out of their way to help someone, and who knows what they needed that money for. Thank you Cheryl for having the attitude that you have !

      This is a Fabulous place to work with! They are kind, caring and knowledgeable about their work. Most of all they are great with my Service Dog. I have always been treated great and my SD Bagheera loves to go and get a biscuit..

      I went to deposit a check and they treated me like a criminal as if I was depositing a fraudulent check. Manager wouldn't even release a half of a percent of the amount I deposited. I've been banking with Cyprus for over 4 years and have deposited checks many times and never has one had an issue. Very disappointed.

      DO NOT go to this credit union for a mortgage loan or any loan at that.The customer service is horrible. No one calls you back or emails you back. When you ask about information on different types of loans they tell you they will call you back and they don’t. They keep pulling your credit even after the 30 day period and after you tell them to stop. Definitely WOULDN'T recommend!!!! Wasted my time with them.

      Been a while since I have used this branch. Will be even longer before I do it again. Went in to replace my card because someone tried using it for charges which they caught and stopped. They were busy and I ended up with the gal that was covering the drive through. She said she couldn’t do it but go stand by the desk by the door and someone would help me. Watched 6 other customers get helped with no one asking me what I needed and obviously the gal that I had started with didn’t tell her colleagues about me. When the gal working the window right next to me finally finished with her customer she turned to the line and took the next person even though I hand been standing there over 15 minutes. Guess I will go without my debit card the rest of the weekend.

      Came to the branch to make a deposit in my friends account. I asked for a deposit slip and was told that I would have to order deposit slips. I told them that im making a one time deposit in my friends account so is there a blank deposit slip i could fill out. After 10 minutes he came back and said well you can order deposit slips AGAIN and I asked him AGAIN for just a blank deposit slip. He then said they didn't have them.i ended up just writing the information on a piece of paper and sent that in with the money. After sending in the deposit Ryan came back on the intercom and stated again that deposit slips need to be ordered.
