I recently did a refinance on my home and got a 15 year mortgage but also received an amazing rate, an appraisal waiver, a 5 (yes, FIVE!) day turnaround and the most attentive service possible. I have never experienced a loan process that was so simple, quick and thorough. I will highly recommend FMS to anyone who can use their services.

  I've worked with both Brian and Brandon and both are absolutely top notch. They are on top of everything and never let anything slip up. Always available for advice and felt like I was their top priority (even though I'm sure they are working with many people at a time). I would always return to FMS for any lending needs

  Jennifer King and Stephanie McGavic helped us with our refinance. Both were very easy to work with, professional, friendly, and responsive. They got us great rates, patiently answered all our questions, and handled a touchless transaction flawlessly. My only real complaint is that I didn't get to meet them face to face to say thank you because of COVID.

  I have done a lot of business with Brian Mozley and his team for over 7 yrs. I have yet, to have a client not happy with their service, including myself. We have had some difficult loans to process and they were handled with care and total involvement from start to finish to make sure they closed on time. The dedication and responsiveness was above reproach. I can only thank them from the bottom heart. They do really good work.

  If you have a chance, I strongly recommend working with Jeree. She was absolutely helpful with my mortgage refinance. Jeree always made time to answer any of my questions or concerns. She isn't playing the sketchy loan game. Jeree genuinely cares about our future investment. She doesn't leave you hanging or wondering what your signing. She was transparent the entire time. This was such a different experience than I had with Wells Fargo.

  Brian and the entire team at FMS are top notch. We struggled with a very difficult new construction project for over a year with another lender. He was able to close it at a much better rate and much lower loan costs in a very short amount of time.
