  The owners here are very friendly and want to provide quality service. I would just make sure you work with an experienced loan officer and make sure to lock in your rate immediately. So your rate and expectations are what you expect. I would not recommend using Angie Barker if you expect prompt service.

  I cannot thanks Brooke, Aaron, and Ana at Motto Mortgage enough. After a failed attempt with another lender costing us several thousands of dollars we called Motto. We found out that our loan had been structured wrong and that there was hope. After nervously starting the process over they were able to get us to the closing table.
