  We had a great experience working with Andy Wilfong at Neighboorhood Lender. It was a sellers market and time was of the essence right from getting competitive loan estimates upto locking the rate. Andy was responsive, offered us low rate alternatives and overall very helpful in answering all our questions about the loan. The team at Neighborhood Lender was very fast yet thorough in processing our docs they needed to lock in the rate. We highly recommend Andy and the team for helping us navigate what could otherwise have been a stressful mortgage approval process.

  Andy with Neighborhood Lender did it again! Saving me THOUSANDS of dollars in closing cost and making the loan process painless and seamless. A few years ago, my boyfriend and I purchased our first home together after both of us went through divorces. The lender of the builder of the home we were purchasing had no patience and couldn't help us because my boyfriend had "settled" with the IRS with past taxes owed. I heard about Neighborhood Lender on the radio so called. Andy became our loan officer and went out of his way to help us secure our loan. He listened to what our situation was with the IRS. The tax debt was paid and with a letter from the IRS stating the tax debt was paid, we were able to get our loan approved after much paperwork that Andy guided us through. We got a better loan deal than what the builder was going to give us. I had a great experience with Andy so reached out to him when I brought a rental property. Again, I got a great deal and help from Andy and Neighborhood Leanders. It was a different process buying a rental property than a "home". Andy made the loan process easy and saved me money with costing costs. That was my 2nd loan with Andy. Third time is a charm. I decided to refinance and get cash out to do home improvement with my condo rental property. I was slammed with offers to refinance. I guess "Alexa" heard me discussing that with my boyfriend since I received many offers. Lol. I talked to two other lenders and both told me closing costs were going to be $6000 to $7000. I actually received actual loan estimate so I compared them to Andy's estimate. My closing cost with Neighborhood Lender was only $2700 in comparison to $7500 with a well known National Lender. Folks! It's no joke! Neighborhood Lenders will save you THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS in closing cost! The interest rate I got was also BETTER than the 2 other lenders I talked to that also pulled my credit report. I am so thankful and grateful to Andy and Neighborhood Lenders. Great people! Fast and easy process! Very professional and friendly. Andy did it again for me THREE times. Of course I highly recommend Andy and Neighborhood Lender to all! You are paying too much in closing costs if you go elsewhere. I will definitely seek out Andy again when I need to refinance my mortgages or purchase another property.   Neighborhood Lender was great to work with on our refinancing! I was contacted immediately, the process was all electronic, and any question or issue I had was responded to very quickly. All parties involved were courteous, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Most of all, when I called or emailed, I almost always reached my loan officer, or got a reply back within minutes. I have been very satisfied with this company, and would highly recommend to others!

  Quite simply, no one does it better than Neighborhood Lender. I know, you hear their spots on the radio and you wonder if they are as good as their endorser says they are. In my opinion, they are. Andy Wilfong is the person I work with there and he and I have cultivated a friendship that extends past our business. I've refi'd a handful of times and had my new home mortgage with them...it's saved me hundreds of dollars over the course of the loan. I truly cannot recommend them enough.

  I’ve used this company and specifically, Adam Goulet, numerous times the past 7 years. Always super responsive and professional and it’s a consistently seamless process. I would highly recommend him and his team with zero hesitancy. He is also a master at creative financing, has saved me so much money and time. It’s almost like he has a magic wand and voila’, the next thing you know you have closed!
