  If you are looking for the best mortgage mortgage broker, I highly recommend Mike Kovar. I frequently refer my divorce clients to Mike because he has considerable experience which helps my divorce clients structure their settlements, child support, and alimony to qualify for a mortgage loan. It is so important to find a good mortgage lender in those situations to get qualified and the lowest interest rate.
