  The experience I had was so amazing thanks to Khanh Tran & Tom Le. They did everything they could to help me, there was a lot of things I did not know but they provided all the information and told me what I needed as well. Such kind and helpful people.   Loan Factory is a great company, works professionally, handles all documents quickly. They have a great team which includes people who work professionally. They helped my parents find a good house and handled all the paperwork which my parents did not know much about.   My refinance was processed quickly and professionally. I have tried other places and after a period of time, my calls were not answered and my refinance was never finished. However, with Loan Factory, my refinance was finished and signed within a few weeks. I was very satisfied with the quick service. Would definitely recommend!

  Tri Trinh and Trang Le have helped me secure a loan for my new home purchase and a refinancing loan recently. They were able to get the loans approved and closed quickly compared to other major national lenders that I worked with previously. Their interest rates and cost were also better. I liked their web portal. It is easy to work with and to find documents. I liked that they sent me a daily interest rate/cost so I could select the rate that I wanted to lock. I worked closely with Tri. He was always on top of things. He kept me informed with new requests/updates. He responded to my questions quickly. I would use their service again and would recommend them to everyone.
