  I was referred to TJ Gladwin by my realtor agent from Remax which I was referred to by home light. TJ as my loan officer- he work very hard to get me achieve one of my goals. I'm very appreciated that TJ and the rest of the team were able to me help through. TJ is a hard worker, I love how it doesn't matter if it's weekdays or weekends TJ has always responses very fast to all my emails/questions. TJ also very fast at processing all paperwork and get every paperwork done as the process needed. I'm a first time home buyer and TJ is also very good at explaining how the process is and at all the answers to all my questions. I'll be closing on the end of 2020. I also referred my sister to TJ and she is also soon to closing her new home in Jan. 2021.   David was a godsend! He alleviated so much stress from me while working his magic to ensure my closing happened on the determined date. While I was also looking for homes he was also helping me get an idea of what the loan would look like. Considering all the issues I had on my end with my credit, and money transfers etc, David never showed any frustration with me or the situation at hand which helped me stay calm during the stressful time. David also came to my closing to say thank you and his being there put me at ease. I was so grateful for his work on finding me this home and I recommend him to anyone especially those who might have less than perfect credit scores. David helped get mine up before getting this loan and it was super helpful.
