  Patrick and both the Jennifers on the team at F&M were extremely easy to work with during our contingency and closing of our new home. People have to remember that getting a mortgage can be a stressful process and if you don't have your files and financials organized, you are not going to thrive in the process. Patrick was there at closing and gave us a briefcase for our closing docs!! Advice to future borrowers: Make a filing system, have all your identity documents, tax documents, and all financials ready to go before you apply for a home loan. I have always kept my files detailed and it streamlines the whole process and makes it so much smoother when applying. If not, you will think that loan officers are annoying and asking for way too much yet you want to borrow hundreds of thousands of dollars from them....let's be sensitive to their position :)

  If you want a a lender with Christian values & will go to bat for you, Patrick Jones & his team with F&M mortgage is the man for you. Quick & on top of everything.   Patrick and Jennifer replied promptly to all of my emails, gave me amortization charts of what my mortgage would be for 15 and 30 years, and were pleasant throughout the whole buying experience. They worked extra hard to close quickly.
