  Worked with Griffin and Brian and they definitely made the process as easy as I would assume it could be. Being first time homebuyers, seeing all of the paperwork was intimidating but with the Mortgage Nerd team they made it seem almost effortless. Highly recommend!

  My experience with GSF was very good. They were able to guide and direct me through the whole mortgage process. Communication was clear and concise and generally timely. Brian and Pam made themselves available throughout the whole process and were extremely patient . They coached me throughout and provided insight on both managing the credit rating requirements as well as what to look for in a home. They worked hard, pushed things through effectively, and pushed real hard to insure I closed at the scheduled date. This is an amazing group of people who know what they do and do so in amazing ways. I highly recommend using GSF. Fantastic group!

  We worked with Pam at GSF on the purchase of our second house. She was extremely helpful and walked us through the whole process smoothly. What I appreciate the most was the response we received from her and the team was top notch. If I had a question, I could email her and have a response in minutes. One late Friday night, I needed a document drawn up to submit for the offer, she had it completely done in less than 10 mins from the time I reached out to her and the team. Everything in real estate moves quickly and her team is awesome. I would definitely recommend her to others and will be using her in the future if we decide to purchase another house. As someone whom know nothing about this whole housing process, she always broke it down for us and presented it in a way that we could understand. Pam and her team rock!

  Jackie at mortgage nerds was awesome to work with. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner and explained thoroughly. I would highly recommend mortgage nerds for your home purchase. She even got our closing date shortened from 40 days to 33 days! Jackie was very professional and very helpful with our first time home buying experience!

  My wife had a gap in employment for a short time as an independent contractor and we applied at 3 different places and Jackie at Mortgage Nerds was the only one that said, "no problem, we can use the 1099 income to fill in the 2 year work history"!   Pam was absolutely wonderful during the process of purchasing our new home! Due to the inflated housing market during this crazy pandemic we ended up purchasing a new construction for basically the same cost of a formerly owned home, getting so much more for our money but still spending nearly 50k over what we had planned! But when we finally found ‘THE ONE’ Pam was with us all the way. She crunched the numbers, and we found we were able to afford the home of our dreams, even though we were now dependent solely on my husband’s income due to my career being on hold after loosing my job due to the pandemic! Thanks Pam!!!!
