He got me into a car cheaper then I was looking for. Didn't show me anything over what I said. I really like that in a sales man.

Karen Labby2Husband purchased used vehicle recently. Several issues have arisen.missing fuses have caused towing problems. Why are there fuses even missing??? Now ..this weekend with the hot weather he has found that the freaking a.c. does not work. Don't they go over and check their vehicles completely before they put them up for sale? We are NOT happy. Will not be able to recommend.

Taylor Krumrei1The night I bought my car I looked back at the contract and found that the way it was presented to me did not explain that the warranties/add ons were additional costs to the loan. This was the part that Heather rushed through at during the contract review due to the time. I was in the dealership until about 9:30pm and the GM came to Heathers door motioning for us to finish up so they could leave. The add on items were presented as this is what you all have and then sped through the other paperwork asking me to go ahead and sign what we already discussed. When I got home I called my sales rep Cal that night to let him know that things didn’t look right and he suggested to call back in the morning to speak with finance. I called back first thing in the morning spoke with Heather. She said she was not in the office that day so she directed me to speak with Guy in her absence. When I talked with Guy I explained what concerns I had and that I would like the warranty and the Simoniz glass coating to be taken off. He told me that I am not allowed to “return” the simonize glass coating, even though it has yet to be applied to the vehicle. I then asked to speak with the GM and Guy told me no, that he wasn’t going to say anything different or wouldn’t listen to me. Later that day I called back and left a voicemail for Michael (GM). Michael returned my call with Guy in the room and I was told that “I just don’t understand what I am looking at”. They were not willing to have any additional conversation at this time. I came in on Friday & talked with Heather and Guy again as they said that Michael was not available to talk through this. I explained my side of the situation & how these additional charges were not presented to me both in regards to additional cost & if they were optional or not. Heather & Guy were both very disrespectful & abrasive towards me throughout the conversation raising their voice & belittling me with their side bar comments. Neither Guy nor Heather were willing to listen to what I had to say or even what my possible solution would be. At one point Guy physically walked out of the room yelling at me and saying “I don’t have time for this”. I had asked to see if we could have a conversation with the bank (LandMark Credit Union) to see where the loan stood and if we could re-write it prior to processing. (I called LandMark prior to coming into the dealership and they said they had no record of the loan at that time). Both Guy and Heather refused to call Landmark while I was there. Guy then left the room and came back with a list of other customers, their loan status and amount that they have processed within the last several months showing everyone’s names, loan amounts and personal information. Therefore I called the credit union while in the office and at this time the credit union suggested to flag my “account” and not process until further information was provided. On Monday October 22nd, I called LandMark again and they told me they were still waiting on additional documentation in order to process the loan. I called Heather to find out what the next steps would be. She said she had not heard from the bank yet and she was going to reach out to Guy and the bank to see if anything had come through. She stated that she would attempt to get back to me that night otherwise she will be in at 9am and will reach back out. I did not receive any contact back from anyone at the dealership. On Tuesday October 23rd, I called back to touch base again Heather was not in the office, but I did speak with Guy. I was barely able to speak as Guy was again yelling and ridiculing me throughout the conversation; not willing to have a conversation at all. He continued to yell at me.I asked what the next steps would be once he does hear from the bank so we can work together on a solution to get this taken care of and resolved. He said he will deal with that when or if it comes to that end of discussion. The call ended with Guy then hanging up on me.

Meet john he did not pressure me to buy a car.I ended up buying a 2015 Chevy equinox.after a few months I had problems with the headlights. I brought it in and they said it was covered by warranty if I took it to a Chevy dealer. I took it to Bergstrom they fixed it and cost $580. They sold me a car with aftermarket parts. What made it worse Russ Darrow wouldn't reinberse me. They sent me $100 gift card and said I was ok with that. That is not true. I would near buy another car from them again. I even paid $22000 cash to buy the car. If u want a Chevy buy from Bergstrom. I wish I would have
