  I am genuinely impressed with the whole team at Car credit center Appleton. They have been amazing throughout this past year of having my vehicle through them. They were able to assist me in car repairs and financing while working within my budget. I love this place!! Shout to John the manger for keeping it real and making it easy to own my own car!!

  I bought a ford f150 ... I had problems with it from day I drove it home called John talk to him said he get it in ... had a rough idle and was bucking at 45-55 miles per hour ... they called said it was done rough idle is gone still has the bucking.. John so far has took care of me we will see if they continue to do so till this issue is resolved so far happy with the service i will keep you to date on if they keep on with the good customer service....10/23/17 update ... Jon is a great guy to deal with they stand behind there cars 100% don't be afraid of buying from them better than any other car lot I have dealt with i have had issues but they took care of them keep up the great customer service....

  Everything about this experience has been great! John and all of his staff is extremely professional and work well with their customers needs. I bought a f150 and had a a issue with it. John got it fixed no questions and got me a rental. I felt so at peace knowing they have my back and insure I have a safe reliable car to drive. I am extremely satisfied with car credit and I would highly recommend this for anyone who is looking to rebuild their credit!

  Absolutely wonderful car buying experience. We were treated with respect and everything was explained thoroughly. Id recommend them to anyone and ill continue to purchase all my vehicles there!

  If you have bad credit by all means DO NOT finance a car here. You will pay 3-4 times what the car is worth and your payments will be high! And coincidentally, not long after you get a vehicle (2-4 weeks or maybe that week), something wrong will suddenly happen and it'll most likely come out of your pocket despite it being their job to ensure the car is in good shape before selling it off their lot. The warranty that comes with is very limited as well.

  The staff was friendly. They didn't make me feel like I didn't deserve a nice car. They explained everything and are more then willing to work with you. Payments are a little high but with little to no credit it isn't bad.

  I got a car threw this place. And as soon as I started to have problems with the car I took it in and they came they fixed it. But as soon as I got into the car and started home the lights on the dash came right back on. I took my car in so many times. It got to the point where I even asked they to get me out if the car and into something else. They refused. I was even willing to have them roll over the difference from vehicle to another and they still wouldn't help me. And the car was still under warranty. The very last time I took it in. The service department told me that he doesn't want to see my car in there again because he is tired of working on it. And that I am paying to much for a car with that many problems. And that he felt bad that they wouldn't help me out. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

  Today I made my second vehicle purchase at the Appleton location. I can't express how much I have enjoyed both buying experiences! The entire Appleton team is so friendly and on both occasions got me in the vehicle I "actually " wanted to be in! I came back a second time because of my prior experience with the staff and the Great percentage rate!!!! Not to mention the low down payment... Thank You Car Credit Center for looking at me as a"Person "and not a credit score....

  I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE GETTING MY CAR FROM THEM. VERY NICE PEOPLE AND DEFINITLEY WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU IN ANY SITUATION.
