  I bought a soundbar and I had to bring it back five different times because it was not working they had to order a new remote tried re-programming it all kinds of stuff and now it is broke again and I brought it back and they’re telling me that there’s nothing they can do… Must be nice to sell equipment that doesn’t work and then refused to return it or exchange it all I wanted was a sound bar that worked I even offered to pay more to exchange it for a different one absolutely ridiculous manager was not friendly at all today when I was there
