  I would like to give Mr Stidham and Esther in his office a 10 if I could, but i give them the highest rating that it will allow. We were buying a house and initially we were having issues with the loan and Guy and Esther told us what we needed to do to get it approved and from then on it was smooth sailing. Guy and Esther are both knowledgeable, helpful, caring, and above all committed to helping you get the house you want. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart and if I know of anyone looking for help on buying a home I will definitely send them your way!!!!!! Thanks again!!!

  Guy and Esther were extremely professional and responsive in helping us close on our second home. The advice is always on point. Guy does a great job catching any potential issues before they come up. When dealing with a home purchase you need a great realtor on your side and Guys team provide a winning combination with a great broker as well. Never buy a home without them.

  I won’t make this a long drawn out review. Bottom line up front; Phenomenal Lender and all around good human, especially for Veterans looking to purchase a home. Guy and his staff were on point and prompt 110% of the time. Purchasing a home during these times can be challenging enough, so the last thing you want is a hassle when it comes to financing. And we got just that; a straightforward, streamlined and professional process. 12 out of 10, highly recommend. Take the time and see for yourself!

  Mortgage of Texas was amazing, beginning to end. They helped us through a difficult VA Loan process after a big national bank approved us and then changed their mind just a couple of weeks prior to closing! Guy and his team stepped in and still met the original deadline without requesting any extensions—still smh, not sure how they did it, but I’d recommend them to anyone. They can close VA Loans fast.

  During my multiple moves around the country, the mortgage loan process for my home in SA, 4 yrs ago, was the best. That is why we contacted the company this time around to refinance the loan. This an amazing company to use when you are in the market for a home loan/refinance. Mr. Stidham III was very attentive to details and kept looking for the best interest rate until just prior to signing. They take the pain out of going through the process.   Guy Stidham and his team are hands down, the team you want advocating for you in your new or refinance of a mortgage. He and his team did such a great job on my first/new mortgage, that I knew exactly where to go when I decided to move/purchase a new home later. Two refi's later, he is still the man to go to.
