Sonia Imperial5Lorena Morales is an AMAZING loan officer at your facility. I have been working with Lorena for a few weeks now and never did she sound like I was asking too many questions (which I did) and she always patiently answered every time! We played phone tag a lot and please know that I appreciated every time she make the effort to contact me. I NEVER felt any pressure from her to do this or that, she always left it up to me and explained and explained again everything! She listened patiently to all my requests and we were finally able to finish my new car refinance today! I can not express enough what a great staff member you are lucky to have in Lorena. She is truly a huge asset to your organization because I believe Customer Service is number one and she's a prime example of it at your organization! She deserves recognition (and much more) from her superiors as she's an extraordinary example of an employee you would never want to lose!! Ben Becerril3They're a good credit union and I've always had good experiences with customer service trying to resolve problems. They rolled out some new credit card management website a few months ago and I'm not a fan. I'm used to the system because my previous credit union used the same one. The delay from scheduling a payment to when money leaves your account is supposed to be 2-3 days (Their old system moved the money immediately). On President's day weekend it took 4 days for money to leave my checking account. 2 days for the new website to list the payment as "processed" and 2 days to take the money. I saw the payment was processed and made a second payment because I had some extra money (and I don't like debt). I ended up overdrawing my account by $150 because both payments got taken out on the same day. I really don't like this new system, but it's here to stay. They already sent out an email statement saying they don't have any plans to go back to the old system. I want to leave but I keep thinking of that saying about "the devil you know" since I'm already familiar with this system, and it sucks.
