  Early last year, we considered more than one financial institution to handle our construction and permanent financing needs, including our own bank. After speaking at length several times with John Cortissoz, we decided to put our trust in SWBC, specifically John and his team. This was our third mortgage and second custom home build, so although we were not entirely new to this process, we were not especially looking forward to the financing aspect, as it can be somewhat overwhelming in terms of the endless requests to provide documentation, etc. In our opinion, our financing couldn't have gone any smoother. John and his team are extremely well organized, were effective communicators and very customer centric. All of our questions were answered very timely, thoroughly and we were treated with the utmost respect. We couldn't be happier with how smooth the entire process was, from start to finish. A special thanks to Lynette; she's incredible and John is very fortunate to have her on his team. Our overall experience with SWBC was so impressive that we would have no hesitation whatsoever, recommending them to anyone we know, in fact we have already made such recommendations to our immediate family.
