  Other lenders can generally offer similar interest rates, but Mike's closing costs are always $750-1500 lower than other lenders I've compared. When I wanted to see more options, Mike indulged me with more point/rate options from the lender - and when the lender initially turned down my loan because of a high debt-to-income ratio, Mike helped me get the loan approved by finding a math mistake the lender had made. I've worked with Mike and his team on several home loans and refinances so far, and will continue to rely on him to find the best offers available, and provide personalized service to help jump threw the bank's hoops.
