  Aaron Kapp was referred by our realtor. We had worked with a few other finance companies and had bad experiences. Aaron was knowledgeable and realistic. He came along side us at our pace. He patiently presented several loan options as we made several changes to our expectations. He was responsive to every question and always provided us with answers.   My realtor Recommended me to use this company and I do admit they were great at first calling me and checking on me and helping me with the process then after a few weeks it's like they forgot about me stop answering my phone calls stop responding to my text messages and emails. I ended up finding another company that got my preapproval letter in less than a week. Not sure what took so long but I wouldn't recommend using them since they didn't even have the decency to let me know anything that was going on.

  Refinancing was easy & without any glitches. Process took about 4 weeks. All done online & proceeds wired to my bank the day of closing. Highly recommend this service.

  Unpleasant experience! Poor communication! Wrong figures! Wrong Home Insurance on closing docs! Locked out of our new neighborhood because Mortgage Financial closed us on Fri. after 2pm and did not fund our purchase until Tues.!!! Imagine Homes seemed equally frustrated. Rushed thru paperwork without complete explanations! Rushed thru closing and had several errors of closing docs!!! Did not meet with us, in person, at the beginning of the loan process until we insisted on it and stopped signing electronic documents!!! Aweful!
