  I love working with Independence Title. Their fees are reasonable and I think what really sets them apart from other companies is their proactive and efficient way of solving problems. I don’t even have to lift a finger when I’m using them as the Title company. I work with Ellie Krause. She and her EC Team are the best. They go above and beyond every single time. I know they work long hours in the past for me to get my files closed. Susan Taylor their Business Development Officer always updating me on classes they offer for realtors as well as materials I can use as a Realtor for my marketing needs. They offer remote signing making it easy and convenient for you.I have been working with them since 2016 and they’re my go to for all title needs!

  They were very professional, nice, and answered all of our questions promptly. Rick Faulk sat with us as we signed for our home and explained everything very well and was delightful to work with. Would definitely use them again!

During the entire time of my home's closing procedure, they both were extremely kind, competent, polite, and thorough! I felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout the closing process!   My closing was a bit challenging due to uncontrollable factors, but every individual I had contact with was very helpful; made my process very smooth, always exhibiting great customer service ! Everyone went above and beyond , keeping quality of service a priority! Very delightful to work with ! Strongly recommend, great experience!

  We closed on our home at Independence Tile. Elida Krause did a great job explaining each form we signed at closing. She was very patient and allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed to understand the agreement. Everyone was very friendly and helpful we felt very comfortable and not intimidated at all.
