  Would give 6 if I could. Kim and her team are amazing. When I run into my local branch at that Rim, Im not going to the bank, I'm going to see friends. Thank you for making all my transactions and visits completely seamless. You guys rock!!!!!

  To the management of SSFCU, JJ. Molina has provided unprecedented customer service at the likes of which I have never seen at any other financial institution. I have been a member for several years and have multiple accounts. For the past year I have directly reached out to Mr. Molina regarding any issues. Truly a professional. I will continue to do business with security service for the very reason of the caliber of employees such as Mr. Molina.

  SSFCU is great! It’s been a challenge with COVID doing my normal banking but the rim team is amazing. Always so friendly and upbeat. Kevin the manager is always laughing and in a good mood. Defiitlwy keeps the team in good spirits it feels like

  Pearl handled my transaction, which included a few different tasks, with ease. She was prompt and efficient. The Rim location is definitely one of my preferred locations when I need to head to a branch.

  In my opinion, this is the most amazing SSFCU branch located at The RIM in the city of San Antonio! My office is located in the far north part of the city, but I prefer to travel to this location to take care of my banking needs. The customer service at this branch is unparalleled, and I never run into any inconveniences.
