  Incredible service and a super easy process thanks to Bryan. He spent ample time on the phone with me running different loan options to make sure i was happy with my final choice. His quick response time also helped me submit offers in record time. He also helped me secure a 2 week close which ended up being the reason my offer was accepted over higher paying offers. I'm very happy and would work with Bryan again anytime.

  Bryan is an excellent mortgage professional and I'd use him again and again. Our loan got canceled in the last days of escrow (brutal), but it was actually a happy accident because we got linked to Bryan as the new loan broker. He does what other mortgage guys can't - gets the loan approved no matter what with creative expertise. He saved our butts. Also, unlike other mortgage professionals, he's easy to reach with email and a direct textable line. Highly recommend.

  Bryan was extremely communicative, informative and I will use him anytime I need to refi or get a home loan. He gave me the best rate (I shop a lot) and got everything done in a timely manner just how we wanted it done. He gave us user friendly systems that were fast to upload and sign documents.   I recently refinanced my home mortgage with Bryan Buck at Mortgage Finance Group and my experience was fantastic. My experience was so good that any future mortgage lending will involve Bryan from the start. Every step of the process was explained with detail, the responsiveness was above and beyond, and overall the customer service was such I felt like a valued customer. At the very start Bryan offered lending options for me to consider and quickly answered any questions I had about them. Once the process started, the online loan processing was seamless and efficient. Very user friendly, with Bryan always available if needed. This was a great experience!

He was professional, expert, patient, available, punctual, and relational.   Bryan Buck was very easy to work with! We had our house refinanced and he was able to offer a lower rate WITHOUT PMI. It was such a good deal! He was also very patient and responsive to any questions we had regarding the loan. The overall process went very smoothly and we are happy.
