  This is my second time dealing with Westpark Loans and they have yet again impressed me with how quickly they handled the entire loan process. Scott was very responsive, professional and knowledgeable with the entire loan process. He was there every step of the way and even after the loan was processed he still remained in contact to ensure I was satisfied with the outcome. I will never use another loan company for any of my properties. I 100 percent put my trust in Westpark Loans and Scott.Thank you Scott for your expertise.

  Scott and Hanna were great to work with. We were able to do a cash out refi and lock an unheard of rate in this market. We also recently closed a fix and flip loan last year. Scott has access to several different lenders with multiple different programs.

  I had few loans with Westpark and have had the best experience. I called westpark first when I was buying my own house and previous lender who preapproved me declined the loan. I already had the contract signed and few days into the transaction when I found out my lender was not corporating. Westpark checked all my details and withing few hours had me options with two lender to choose. They were able to close even before the closing date and no extra expenses for this loan. I recently refi my house with Westpark. I also bought some of my clients (I am a realestate agent as well). They all had great experience working with Scott and his team. I would give more than 5 stars if available for Westpark.

  Wayne Kim at West Park loans is the guy to go to if you need a mortgage loan. He was exceptionally easy to work with and always available when I had and if I still have any questions. He was very honest, diligent, quick and patient. I was looking for a company to choose and Wayne and West Park loans was the only one to keep in touch. Other companies said they would call me back but Wayne kept touch through the whole process which was impressively quick. I can go on about how smooth and swift the process was compared to other companies but then this review would turn into a book. You should call West Park loans and talk to Wayne Kim and find out for yourself how simple he can make the process for you.

  My family did two back to back loans with Westpark Loans. Wayne Kim was an absolute gem to work with! He delivered on his promises and made the transactions as painless as possible through clear communications, detailed updates and endless patient towards addressing our numerous questions.   In the summer of 2020 I contacted Westpark Loans through an initial online search, hunting in vain for a viable residential mortgage loan. Just days prior I had been the recipient of a brushoff of sorts from a major bank where I have been a customer for nearly thirty years. Within hours of leaving a voicemail, I began my Westpark journey with Michael. For nearly eight months Michael guided me through two mortgage loan funding attempts–in my first transaction I was outbid–and we just recently closed escrow on my second pre-approved loan funding from Westpark. I must say Michael was the consummate professional throughout. The long home-buying road did have its share of sharp turns and ruts but each hurdle was overcome through Michael's determination along with invaluable input and helmsmanship from Westpark President, Scott Clift. To both gentlemen I give my utmost appreciation and thanks. We did it. I will contact Westpark Loans without hesitation for any of my future mortgage loan needs.

  I was searching for a quick loan to use for business project. Then I met Anthony Carroll from westpark loans company. He was extremely precise and extremely organized about my loan situation, on top of all extremely fast to setting up my loan. Also the interest rate was fair compare with other offers from other financial companies, so I didn't even bother to negotiate. The entire process went smoothly and quickly thanks Anthony and his team for their great service and unmatchable performance! I will definitely stay with this company for future needs because of him!

  Wayne Kim was awesome to work with. He handled each step of the loan process with lighting speed. He was on top of every requirement with immediate response. Every question was handled professionally and every deadline was completed before there was any need for a deadline. I never had 1 minute of stress with the loan process and it could not have gone smoother.

  We had a difficult ReFi due to being self employed, and many lenders just would not work with me. I contacted West Park Loans, and Anthony Carroll answered my inquiry. I went in to this not expecting much, but Anthony went above and beyond to take care of my refinance. He even got us a loan with great terms and a great rate, which we were not expecting. He was very prompt in all communication, and never ceased to let me know what step we were at, and the time frames in completing each step. He was very friendly, kind, and an absolute dream to work with. If you need a loan done, this is the place, and Anthony Carroll is the guy.

  This is the best loan experience I've ever had! Wayne Kim is the best. Communication is important to me. Everytime I had a question, Wayne responded right away. He always kept me updated and was always easy to reach. He even responded to me while on vacation! I was quite impressed! The process was very easy. Wayne is very thorough, very detailed, very professional, and one of the nicest people I've ever encountered. I definitely recommend Wayne Kim and Westpark Loans.
