  I love my branch office in Irvine. Haley & Chelsie helped me to open a credit card and they were so attentive to my needs. They were efficient and courteous. Haley followed up by calling me as soon as I got approved. As a school employee I have never been disappointed at their service. They try their best to make sure our financial needs are met and I truly appreciate it. Even though I moved and I do have a SchoolsFirst branch closer to me, I always come into the Irvine branch as I am confident that they will always go over and beyond for their customers.

  New to SchoolsFirst and their Union and we liked their costumer service very much. Their services are very useful for educators and they have very excellent loan options. Meanwhile after our first visit to this Branch, I should say the management are doing a great work! Although it was very busy, everything was moving as quick as possible and all the personnel were kind and nice. The manager also met us and said hello while giving us a little and cute gift to welcome us to SchoolsFirst!

  We are new to Schools First and on our first visit we needed to accomplish many things, our previous bank had taken 4 months with these requests and still had not been able to help, after one hour visit we were able to set up our account and accomplish all our tasks. So-Young was so professional and courteous and made us feel welcome immediately! We are so happy to be apart of this bank!

  I have only been to this location a few times but Jason has been the teller both times I have been there. He has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If any of his managers are seeing this, he definitely deserves a raise and recognition for his excellent customer service

  I transferred my auto loan to SFCU their rates are good saved me $100 per month, I also applied for mortgage and got approved saved more than $500 per month, will continue to transfer my other credit cards and loans if I get a good rate, their customer service is very good as well I really like their products and services

  By far the best money-handling institution I have ever had. They have best financial services, great summer saver rates, smart, responsive and helpful staff. Their rates are always better than bank rates, and their fees are consistently low for everything. Theyve kept me amazed and happy for twenty-some years.

  I've been a member since 1985. I have had accounts across the US and and many different banks and credit unions. Schools First is by far the best of all I have dealt with. Their restrictions (home loans in boardering counties only) are my only beef. Great service, fantastic reps and really great loan rates and terms are a tiny part of what they have to offer. If you aren't a member find someone that is and get on board.
