  Highly Recommended! It had been 25 years since I last purchased a home and 12 years since I've been a home owner. The experience I had with my previous lender was nothing short of an ongoing nightmare that lasted for years. With that said, I was a bit nervous when I began this journey. It began with my credit union and two other lenders when I expressed interest in purchasing a home. Those conversations left me feeling uncomfortable and ready to abandon the whole idea. Right about then, I was referred to Mortgage Center. From the very start, my questions and concerns were addressed and continued to be addressed throughout the entire process. Keep in mind, this is during a time when most businesses are adapting to new practices with government stay-at-home orders and guidelines of social distancing. Mortgage Center's processes were fine-tuned and accommodating to those confinements. As an IT Professional, I was very impressed by the simplified and easy to use online application process along with the secure document management tools they have in place. We were able to continue through this process without the need for in-person contact and/or interactions. This made it easy for me to continue with my everyday responsibilities and work life without interruption. We were able to communicate digitally or via telephone. Mortgage Center consistently and promptly responded to all emails and voicemails. From first contact, throughout the application process and on to processing, I felt that I was in good hands. No question went unanswered. No concern went unaddressed. The team was personable, knowledgeable and very professional.

  My husband and I had an excellent experience with Mortgage Center, from the pre-approval to closing on our new home. Doug and Sonya truly went above and beyond! They kept us informed and were there for us every step of the way to ensure we closed on time. They even followed up with us after closing. We felt more like family than customers.   The process for my new Mortage was easy and step by step with my Mortage Officer. Their team was very kind and courteous and walked me through the process. I have no complaints or Ill feelings about any part of my experience.

  Absolutely terrible experience trying to refinance with Mortgage Center. Andrew Holder originally underestimated my monthly taxes by more than $150/month.. when I questioned why the amount went up so much further along in the process, he had no idea... I ended up telling him where the differences were after he told me I made up numbers in my head that I was reading off of documents HE sent ME. He would take weeks to get back with me and then would try to proceed without ever answering the questions I was waiting on. The overall lack of communication was inexcusable. The entire process was a pure headache to the point where I backed out because I didn't trust a word that was told to me. He lacks in knowledge. I should not have to tell him where the mistakes were made. I've bought multiple homes and this was by far the worst experience I've dealt with. Very disappointing.

  Our great experience with MBC, the local commercial loan consolidator for the local credit unions, led us to Mortgage Center, the residential equivalent of MBC. It was the right one. They were friendly, competent and, inspite of being buried with applications, kept us informed. They also had the best rates. We would encourage anyone shopping for residential loan to give them a call.

  Mortgage Center has amazing employees, Abe and Robert were excellent from start to finish on my refinance. I'm now using mortgage center again for my new home purchase. I highly recommend this company for great rates and excellent customer service.

  I had a great experience with Mortgage Center, they made the whole process painless. I was always kept informed of my loan status, if I had questions I was always able to contact them and they would make sure I completly understood everything. My first contact was Abe Miri, he was very knowledgeable and professional, he then introduced me to Sonya Rogan and she was also very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for an easier process and they also had the best prices. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to apply for a mortgage. Great company and team!!

  Mortgage Center was professional and efficient throughout the refinancing process. Mortgage Center held my original mortgage. I continued with them in the refinancing. They were comparable to the going market rates.
