Matthew Hershberger5Never had a problem. Seems all the 1 stars are from people that shouldn't have loans to begin with. Talked to a few of their people and they were all kind, and very professional. Made my payments on time, and they dont bug me. It's really not that hard people, if you have to go through them, chances are you have bad credit, which means like me, you are horrible at paying back what you owe. Just make your payment and you'll be fine

Maira Barajas1Never in my life have I gotten such rude customer service. I made sure I got her name KENDRA. Customer service at it’s worse! If your so unhappy with your job find somewhere to work or better yet get educated or pick up a skill so you won’t be so miserable making 10 dollars an hour! I blame the company for having such a piece of garbage that calls herself a supervisor. I’m sure Im not the first that has dealt with this nuisance! I’m sure the calls are monitored. Listen to them.

They raised up my cost of the vehicle it was 9,983 now 11, something which is ridiculous and I was only late once not twice just once so call me everyday now harassing me about a payment I only get paid on Fridays I told them, im having to replace broken down car parts too because the car isn't up to date! Don't trust these guys! they are just going to take your money and then some to hell with automotive credit Cor . Rip off artist they are as soon as I get a good lawyer on I lm have, to take em to court over this weekend. .

Gene Haggerty1Incredibly unprofessional. I've never been late once but had to be a few days late this month. I notified them in advance. They hounded me and called and I answered it, being completely upfront with them. They gave me a shake down asking me who I can borrow from or how I can sell myself to pay them. Then when I reiterated for the fifth time that call that it would be paid in 4 more days, "Mary Beth" hung up on me. I called back, got her again, explained that I was being completely cooperative and did not appreciate being hung up on. She claimed the line dropped. I have the call recorded. I explained that her attitude "pissed me off". She said my "language was offending her". Totally unprofessional, discourteous, and a complete disaster to deal with. I've made every payment on time. Now that my credit situation has dramatically improved, this has given me the "shot in the arm" to go through all of the paperwork and hassle of refinancing, just so I don't have to deal with these fools a second time.

Alex Jerden1I had a customer abandon their financed vehicle at my shop after refusing to pay a $2,600 bill on his BMW. ACC contacted me later in attempt to repo the car and offered me $500 on the bill. Mind you, this is a company that brings in 50M a year in revenue from predatory loans. Companies like this are a cancer upon society. Nobody in the office seems to know what is going on or acts like they have had any training whatsoever. The experience I had on the phone felt akin to ordering from Taco Bell on the drive through guy's first day.

Carly Stenfelt1I wish i could give a 0 star rating ..my payment is less than 2 weeks late due to have to pay a large vet bill to keep my dog alive and another medical bill for myself to have a test done that is cancer related. I let her know today that my payment will be there by this weekend because i have to use all the money i have for my test today and she said i thought it was your dog with an attitude ..lady my dog about died yesterday and i may have cancer. My credit is not my number one concern right now is what i told her. She said well hopefully they dont repo it with sarcasm in her tone. First off you cant for it being 2 weeks late and secondly how about you have an ounce of compassion . everyone i have dealt with through this "company" has been horrible. I cannot wait to be done with this loan. How about hiring a few people that know how tp be a professional and not just a ghetto rude b*tch on the other line.

Michael V. DiGiacomo1• Worst customer service I have ever had. Spoke to a women named Kendra, her extension is 1283 if you get her for service request someone else. She not only hung up on me twice, but she put me on hold while I was in the middle of talking. The manager wouldn't take my call in direct negotiation for a client, would only speak through account manager. which tells me he/she is unqualified for their role within the company. If you can qualify for credit anywhere else do it. This place is a poor poor representation of a businesses. I wish I could give them a lower score.

Capri James2Only thing I will say Good about them is that they gave me a chance. I didn't have any credit. But they we're a headache. They were very rude especially Mary Beth. They also lost a payment back in March of 2015. I wasn't notified until September. I have a year left to pay my car up. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Queen Rahmani LeDux5The people that are complaining dont pay their bills. Of course there's a fee to pay online. It costs them money to have the payments processed. I know several people personally who work there and they are the best. All ages, nationalities and situations. All people trying to make a living just like you. No need to notify you your car is being repo'd you missed more than 3 payments.... Theres your notice. They always try to work with you because they would rather you pay your note than spend money to get back a car you dogged out and isnt worth the amount due anymore. Im just keeping it real. They provide a chance to folks who otherwise would never get an auto loan. And it is one of the coolest places to work. Shout to all the folks there! Keep up the good work!
