  Always friendly, always informative and efficient. I've known 2 or 3 of their Manger replacements and their replacements are always a good fit as the past. Works with you no matter what the situation. If they can do anything within their their company to rectify your situation...it's considered. Been with them for years.

  Mrs. Crystal Nesbitt (fraud department)really help me resolve my problem from being to end. She maintained professionalism, showed she cared, and had patience. I truly appreciate her. She never gave up. Kept me updated went above and beyond. I truly appreciate you. We need more ppl like you and just for the check.

  My experience was absolutely great. Daniel Luker was the person who helped me refinance my car. He was so professional and knowledgeable with all details of my new car loan with VIBE Credit Union. Thank you Daniel and VIBE for creating a positive experience for me. I also love the VIBE App where I can see all my transactions.

  I been with this Credit Union for over 30yrs, they are really interested in your well being! I love this Credit Union. Somebody who got ur back literally! Thank U Vibe everyone who need a excellent CU should try them, better than ANY BANK! Fa real, Fa real! Love y’all!

  Very disappointing customer service. Had an auto loan officer give incorrect information that caused issues at the Secretary of State. Called to speak with a manager about it and was told the manager would call me back. Instead the same person called me back to tell me she talked with the loan officer and that “if you’d have followed the directions given it wouldn’t be an issue.” So I asked again for a call back from a manager like I first requested. When I did receive a call back they could only confirm I had been told the wrong information and that I’d have to go back to the Secretary of State to fix it. I would advise going somewhere else where if they make a mistake they don’t blame you for it or they at least try to do something for wasting your time and effort.

  Service is always fast, efficient and done in a timely manner. I've never spent more than 20 minutes in the bank except when opening my account. Love the app as well as It allows me to always see where my money is going
