  As a first-time investor, we were fortunate to have Mike during our buying process. We were introduced to him after our initial lender fell behind schedule jeopardizing our initial closing date. He stepped in and was able to find a lender who was able to close ~2 weeks. We are preparing for our next purchase and Mike is definitely on speed dial whenever we're ready to proceed.   My first time working with Michael and Saralee at NEXA Mortgage, and I tossed them right into the deep end of the pond, with two refinances and three purchases all closing within a week of each other. The 30-year fixed rate commercial loans were attractive for my long-term buy and hold rentals, with competitive rates. They were quick to respond with questions, and they made the entire process work smoothly. I would definitely go with NEXA again!

He was willing to go to any length to provide service, even acquiring a license in yet another state, just to close the deal for me.
