  Great communication and responsiveness from start to finish. Bill Jr. was wonderful to work with, took time to thoroughly answer questions - often after hours, and was organized throughout the entire process. Only (minor) hiccup was getting into the office for closing due to nobody manning the line for the door buzzer. Highly recommend!

  Nate was my specialist and he made my life soooo incredibly simple with my refi! He was amazing, knowledgeable and got back to any questions I had quickly! So glad I chose this company! He was able to help the process move along and secured me a great interest rate as a single mother and only person in my home that brings home an income this has helped me so much! I would refi my house 1000 more times if I could use Nate and Federated Mortgage Corp!

  Justin & Bill Jr. were awesome to work with! They were both very friendly, patient with all of my questions and explained the process very clearly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to refinance their mortgage!

  Our experience with Federated Mortgage was 5-star. This is our second time using Federated because of how extremely responsive, helpful and proactive Mark was and is. He saved us money both times and got the loans in place in an abbreviated amount of time. We can’t say enough to express our high recommendation of Mark and Federated!

  Bill Weeks was very knowledgeable and very professional.. he had my investment property loan closed faster than anyone I’ve ever done business with in the 13 years I’ve been investing! I would recommend him and Federated Mortgage to anyone looking for a mortgage!!

  Working with Federated Mortgage Corporation was a great experience! Mark and Tricia were very responsive and helped me every step of the way. I have worked with them twice now and I definitely know who I am going to call if/when I move again. Highly recommended!!!

  Had a great experience remortgaging our house. Bill found us the best deal and interest rate. He communicated well and was very responsive. He had the patience and expertise to answer all our questions (even on weekends and evenings)! Highly recommend!!!!

  Federated Mortgage (Rick specifically) was beyond excellent to work with. Rick worked with us from beginning to end of a year+ long home search and truly made obtaining our mortgage the easiest part of buying a new home. Rick was responsive, answered all of our questions, and provided lots of insight and advice on the home buying process. He and the team at Federated worked with us every step of the way to minimize our costs and select the best options for us. I would recommend Federated to anyone.
