  Worked with Josh Sidoti to obtain the mortgage on my first home. He turned out to be an invaluable asset with a tremendous amount of knowledge and patience. Since I was new to the process I came with a ton of questions and was relatively needy. Josh made himself available virtually anytime I needed and was able to constantly answer my questions and help to deal with the anxieties of buying a home for the first time.   During a rough and disappointing time with a local bank Josh was presented to me by my Realtor and the switch happened really fast.
