  I have had good experience with UBI in Plainville. Tellers are always friendly and helpful. The only complaint is that the Tony voice banking is hard to use, will not let me sign in multiple times.

  Regarding the Bristol North Main Street Branch, everytime I go inside for a transaction, everyone knows my name. Awesome!!! Even more wild is whenever I walk by the building outside on the front sidewalk, they still pay attention to me and recognize me for who I am, as well as they acknowledge my existence by waving to me while I'm walking by. Of course, I can't get enough of such attention given to me, so I admittedly will intentionally walk by the building's front windows at least twice. Forgive me for my emotional needs, but I am getting my needs met through UBI Credit Union. Service like none other can be found. Believe me, I have searched far and wide, and compared all. G. C. T.   DO NOT USE THIS CREDIT UNION!!! I am thoroughly APPALLED with my service by this credit union. I received no notification of any remaining balance on my loan and when I received a past due notice of payment owed I tried reaching an agent on 3 occasions to rectify the matter. I was transferred to another agent and answering machine all 3 times with no callbacks. When I finally reached someone who would talk to me she transferred me to Kathy in collections who proceeded to blame ME for not contacting her specific department and refused to remove the late payment. This is a disgusting manner of customer service and I am appalled at the complete lack of communication. I cannot wait to close my account here.

  Do not ever get a loan from this corporation. They are extremely difficult. Which I find extremely funny because every company wants their money. Their staff is very disgusting and not even weld mannered. I've had a better time talking to zoo animals. Frustrated I will never ever ever go with this company again. I wish I knew what I know now
