  Okay, this is the last straw. I walked in at 4:40 p.m. on a Saturday. Plenty of time to pick up a few hand tools. People have to be supervised in the tool section, which I do understand. Here's what I don't understand - I was basically allowed down there for 5 minutes. Frantically searching for the size wrenches I desperately needed, I was interrupted sooner than expected, the guy claiming "that's all the time I can give you, I'm closing up the store." I paid for what I had, started to walk out and looked down at my phone. It was 4:50. I made it very clear there were more things I needed, but God forbid they be bothered long enough for me to throw even more money at their business and leave at the actual closing time. Don't worry, I won't be bothering them with any more of my money going forward. Plenty of other pawn shops in the area.

  Stopped by here the other day and was blown away by the sheer amount of items they have especially the huge amount of tools. Excellent customer service compared to the usual pawn shops i visit where they seem like they are bother to help you. I will definitely be back here soon. Thank you guys and keep up the good work. 👍🏼

  The owner helped get me a good amount on loaning a few items and sent me to southington store. Girl there was fast and pleasant. Overall a great experience. Would definitely recommend this business. Go here first!

  This is by far the worse pawn shop in this state the pay u next to nothing for what ur trying to pawn or loan and then when u go back to get the contract extension on the item so u can get it back still there turn around and charge 20 percentage to extend it but i do want say i talk to the owner today and there are will to work with me to get my item back so i do apologize for the rant and will see future business from me thanks

  We have one of the lowest interest rates in the state. The amount needed to pick up or extend is on the contract and discussed and explained before the costumer signs and leaves with their copy. We always are willing to work with costumers if they are having a hard and come and talk to us. We can always work out a special plan for those who speak with us in person.

  This guy tried to tell me my jewelry was fake went to another pawn shop and I got good money for it

  Everyone there is really nice. I pawned my electronics there. They gave me the price I asked for with no issue. When I returned to pick them up, I received everything quickly with all my items exactly how I left them. I will definitely come to this shop from now on!

  I first began to pawn and shop at jaws since 2011 when he was first located across from kentucky fried chicken and as always I've gotten excellent service and products from there. I remember buying and old fashioned stereo system that I really wanted but it turns out I couldn't blast my music like the new yorker that i am. I was able to return it with no hesitation. Til this day i continue to be a dedicated patron of this establishment and am grateful of there very pleasurable staff that always attentive to my needs.

  Extremely rude customer service. Inside of the store smells. I took my item back and left to go to Silas Dean Pawn where they willingly bought my item that these people said “no” to. Definitely will not be going back here.

  I have been going to this local pawn shop for many years now. They have helped me with so many home necessities such as snow blower, leaf blower, computers, and so much more! The owner- Bill, and employees always call me by name, are super friendly, and always follow up with me when they have stocked up on something I was looking for. This is my go to pawn shop in town
