Nicole Smart1This is seriously one of the worst credit unions. You can NEVER get anyone on the phone. Even if you call a specific branch you get directed into an automated system/call center, which is just annoying, and usually wait on hold over 10 minutes or need to request a call back. Every time I need to take money out or make a larger transaction there’s some problem and I have to take time off to go TO a branch (there’s never one near by) because they won’t do ANYTHING for you over the phone.

Aly Alice1My boyfriend has an account in Nutmeg Credit union and whenever he has a problem it's requires him 2 or 3 visits or calls for resolve the issues. I went today with him for a letter that he needs, the first person gave him a statement from past month so we have to come back and Donata ( name she gave me) who gave us the paper but her attitude from the beginning wasn't the best and when my boyfriend said he wanted to close his account her attitude got worse. She slammed his card on the floor and refuse to give him a letter proving that his account was close. Seems like this bank is not good and I will not recommend it to anyone, I am not a current member and I felt so bad just from him experience.

SHARON MONTANEZ1Been w this Credit Union for 20 yrs & honestly ready to close my acct. & move on to another bank! 20yrs a FEDERAL STATE CHECK deposit 7 days ago & it still not cleared. Any other prepaid card would off been cashed it. Go figure

nicole adomako-mensah1horrible system most banks give you an allotted amount to be negative in your account . my automatic withdrawal came out at midnight and I had an overdraft of .56 cents. I tried to transfer money over from my bank account that I have previously used to transfer money over to pay my credit card and to my surprise it conveniently wasn't working , so guess who woke up to a 35 dollar charge for .56 cents. I called the bank and they were no help how can you think its fair to charge 35 dollars for covering an amount under one dollar peoples bank gives you up to 5 dollars this makes no sense to me and I am thinking about closing account

FOREVER1Applied for a loan my credit gets pulled in the next day as well as receive an email saying they'll contact me shortly to finalize my loan details. Over a week goes by and I hear nothing so I call them and within 30 seconds of giving them my information they told me I was denied and I asked them when were they going to let me know they said I let letter should be coming lolz ?

Scott Donnelly1The bank is terrible and one of the worst things is that they don’t deposit checks early like every decent bank does. I’ve had prepaid debit cards that did that, because of this I’ve lost a lot of money and I’m waiting to change banks which will be soon because this bank is awful.
