  As a Realtor, I've been referring clients to Jeff for a while now because after working with so many I can confidently say HE IS THE BEST LENDER OUT THERE! Recently my husband and I wanted to purchase a home so going with Jeff was a no brainer. He has the best rates out there, is ALWAYS quick to respond, happy to answer all of our questions, is highly organized, consistently stays on top of everything, and ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT YOU and your best interests! I've had several clients loose deals because the lender they chose took too long to get back to us.....a total deal killer in this high paced market. Jeff's even become the go to lender for several of my family members- many of which have lenders within their own companies.   I can't say enough good things about our recent refinance with Ryan McPartland at Mortgage Acuity. Ryan listened to our goals, presented all the options, and helped us determine the best choice for our refi. He worked extremely quickly and kept in touch each step of the way.   Let me start by sharing that I do NOT typically take time out to share feedback...however, I felt COMPELLED to share my experience with Jeffrey Lloyd from Mortgage Acuity. I met Jeff through a Neighborhood app when scouting a Mortgage provider to support my refi. I could not have been more lucky to have Jeff recommended. From the initial contact all the way through the closing, Jeff made an impression! He was responsive, informative, and supportive! He answered all of my questions no matter how many times i asked and even told me if there was a competitive comparison that I should consider; great honesty and integrity (who even does that anymore?!?!?)! Jeff made me feel secure and that he was there to help ME not his pockets or the banks. It was hands down a pleasant experience without that yuck feeling that there is someone trying to screw you. Go with Jeff and Mortgage Acuity for your mortgage needs...it's a win-win situation. You will not be disappointed with their services...they just won't let that happen (doesn't seem to be in their DNA)!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED coming from someone who is very cynical when it comes to banking business!!!

  I recently refinanced with Mortgage Acuity, it was a very simple process. Ryan McPartland presented me with several options including rates and terms, then gave me plenty of time to decide what worked best for me. All of our communication wad very professional and straightforward, I never felt pressured into a commitment. This process took less than three weeks and the closing was quick and covid-safe. The hardest part of this process was finding a blue pen to sign the documents! Would highly recommend this company and would work with them again.

  Everyone told me what a nightmare it was to get a mortgage, but Ryan at Mortgage Acuity made it a dream come true. He was quick, he was funny, he was professional, super-organized, and helpful! I actually enjoyed hearing from him! He was on top of all the details right through the closing. I got a great rate, and Ryan worked with me to get a very reasonable monthly payment.
