  Checked these guys out and compared them to other hard money lenders. They were a lot more hands on and gave me a custom program to meet my needs. They were willing to work with me even though it was my first deal. I would recommend at least giving these guys a ring and getting their opinion. They will review your deal with you at no charge to see if it even makes sense.

  Divij with MOR Financial has been such an asset in being able to close my recent transactions in Desert Hot Springs and Downtown Los Angeles. He is super quick to reply, goes to bat for my partners and me, and always gets us the best rates and fees. Would definitely recommend MOR for all your private money needs.

  I've been doing business with Dan Swint for a while. He's so responsive, fast and professional. I enjoy working with him because, I can trust he delivers what he promises. He also picks up his phone! You don't find many people like that now adays!

  More financial is the best Finance company!! Very friendly and they reply to questions very quick! The process took less then 10 days! Ask for Sean or Gibsy.
