  The man, the myth, the legend. I have been working with Alex for over seven years now. As a real estate broker and real estate attorney I appreciate Alex's depth of experience and incredible knowledge of residential real estate. His team is wonderful to work with and his rates are incredibly competitive. If that wasn't enough, he is incredibly personable and most importantly to me very responsive. I refer him to all my clients, especially lawyers, doctors, and accountants as he has incredible programs that allow professionals to put less down on a home purchase.   Alex Berger is extremely good at his job. As a first time home buyer, he made the mortgage process about as seamless and easy to understand as possible. We had numerous questions and he was always available to answer them clearly and promptly. He also continually worked with us to aim for the best interest rate and was able to lock in a rate that we were all happy about. Once in escrow he worked easily with our agent, the seller's agent and the escrow company. I highly highly recommend him.
