Ara H1Slow service, The young Lady who helped me confused my account number with someone elses account and eneded up blocking my account for the day. Staff here are very disoriented and distracted i would not recommend, the lobby is always very full most of time there is only one clerk assisting people, phones are never answered. I do not reccomend thier service at this location.

Juan Rodriguez1No manager or supervisor leadership to put order. Long waiting to be taken care of. 3 employees standing and greeting you inside and only one teller on duty. A good leader would have 3 tellers on duty at least, and one employee greeting customers. Sometimes there are two tellers on duty with a lot of customers in line and one of the tellers close his window and disappear. Overall, the employees have a great customer service, but the branch needs leadership to focuse on better and faster service.

Alex Колоров1I wanted to cash out from a Russian card. The manager, Katherine Jaime, refused to let me do it, demanding my passport. Didn't help me in any way.But my passport was taken from me by the U.S. government because I am an immigrant and gave me other documents instead of my passport, like i-94. However, Katherine Jaime did not even look at the documents, only demanded passport passport passport! This is horrible!!! Change your attitude towards customers, especially immigrants.

Eric Perez1Rating on overall experience as a merchant trying to make deposits. Most Banks are only providing certain services (not sure exactly wich) but wasn’t not able to make any deposits. Had to go to another bank out of my way. Now standing in line, in front of me are about 25 people.

M S1Stephanie A had an unhelpful, bad attitude, lack of customer service, and poor communication skills. She was unpleasant to be around and very unfriendly. When we were processing a name change with Stephanie, she was verifying our phone number & sent a text code to confirm it. The text code was on my phone but deleted & I asked her to send me another code, and she kept lying & making up that she couldn’t send a another code. I thought that was really disrespectful and very unprofessional and lazy. After a couple times of me repeating myself saying I need another code, she finally gave in and sent another one that worked perfectly fine proving that Stephanie was just being lazy and unhelpful. Whenever she told us the policies of the Bank, it was in a very firm & nasty way, not in an encouraging helpful customer service way. I believe she needs to adjust her attitude & learn how to speak and interact with customers especially at a Bank of America.

Oliver Karp2Bank of America service has been going down lately (especially in DTLA). Branches are closing at odd hours, certain services are no longer available, ATM's notneorking, etc.

J R1Closes randomly without warning. When it is open its always slow with clueless staff. Cant wait to switch banks

Aneesah1Horrible bank. Rude, inconsistent, and inconsiderate to customers. I also had to pay $9 to use the parking lot and when I asked them to validate the ticket for me they gave a hard time knowing that there is no parking in the neighborhood. Corporate Bank of America has to do a better job when hiring employees. Tired of banks acting like they are doing us a favor for holding our money.

Henry Lee1despite being in the heart of downtown LA, this location is basically a glorified ATM location and does not provide services other than cash withdrawals without appointments. Tellers are not very friendly nor helpful either. I recommend planning your trips to BoA to another branch
