      I called to try to get information on buying a house and needed in formation on a loan. The guy stated he will email Michelle S. who handles the mortgage loans. Michelle S. called me back and for 1 about minute was offering some good in formation about the loan program but said she has a call coming in that she had been waiting on and she said she'll call me right back that was Wednesday 6/5\19. On 6\6/19 .I waiting all day and I decided to call back due to the message may gotten misplaced ,lost or forgotten, so the guy transferred me she picked up phone and said I am on conference call can you call me back in 15 minutes ? Sure ok. So I called back in 30 minutes I was transferred to her voicemail I left voice mail. Today is 6/7\19 and still no call . It's making me feel that maybe their not interested in helping people that do not sound like them.
