  Going into buying a home for the first time with the Moore team was like a dream. I cannot lavish enough compliments on them for their responsiveness and professionalism, even on evenings and weekends. In a crazy market like Atlanta, you want the Moore team behind you so you can compete and get to closing! If I ever buy another home in the area there's not going to be a second phone call.

  I can't thank the Moore team enough, from start to finish they were amazing!! After a terrible experience with a large bank that was slow on answers, and made us feel like an unwanted number on the spread sheet, the Moore team was the exact opposite. The document uploading process could not be simpler, and the team is amazingly quick at returning emails. The whole process was straight forward and simple and they outline how to get the quickest results, follow them and upload your documents when asked and the next thing you know you're closed! Moore team will be our first stop when we look to buy our next house

  As a first time home owner, would absolutely recommend Moore Team as a lender! They were amazing to work with and very diligent with answering questions. This process can be very overwhelming and they were always there for support and answers. The whole team knew about your case, so if you were unable to get a hold of your exact lender, they all could help! Bonus, they brought fresh cookies to the closing! Highly Highly Recommend!

  I know this will sound odd, but what a GREAT experience I had with the Moore Team. I work in the Film & Television industry, and we have incredibly long hours. The Moore Team not only made applying easy, but every step of the mortgage process easy. Always quick responses and fast pre-approval. Everyone I dealt with was professional and easy to talk to. I have already sent three friends to talk to them for there mortgage needs.

  Awesome. The Moore Team is amazing. As a single woman, they made my first home buying experience painless and easy. I've heard so many horror stories about the home purchase process down to the actual closing day, but my closing was literally 30 mins. Why? Because the Moore Team had everything buttoned up and sent over to the sellers a week prior to closing. Everyone there is amazing! And they brought me closing cookies and mailing labels with a picture of my house and my new address :). Use them!

  Mark and everyone I interacted with in the Mooreteam Mortgage Professionals exceeded all my hopes and expectations. I had decided to use a credit union in an effort to leave my big bank. The credit union ended up leaving me high and dry in the middle of my home closing and after I thought I had no option Mark and his team was recommended to me by my good friend. They got all my mortgage application work done and processed in only two weeks and my home purchase was a success. They did not promise me that they could make all the deadlines, but they scheduled their team to move me through their process as fast as possible and it worked out better than I thought possible. Everyone I had interactions with was very polite, friendly and capable. I can not thank them enough.

  This team. What can I say? Every single one of them is attentive, friendly and extremely patient. I would never want to work with another broker. Mark Vann may be the single most hands-on and detail-oriented person I have ever met. I sincerely felt like he went above and beyond to get us the best rate on our loan, and ensure we understood the fine print....even when I asked him the same question 10 times. They are exceptional.

  Mark Moore and the Moore Team are an exceptional group of people! They made getting my loan an easy and painless process. Their turn around time was quick and they always communicated effectively. Their credit enhancement team helped to get me a better interest rate which ended up saving me $200/month on my mortgage! It doesn't get much better than that!

  Great experience. I shopped online first but was referred to the Moore Team. They matched the rate and made it clear that while they are slightly more expensive on the closing costs, their service would more than make up for it. As a first time homebuyer, they made the process easy and were in constant communication. 100% would recommend.

  I am DELIGHTED to review and recommend the Moore Team for any and all lending purposes! I have closed on 4 home loans and the experience with the Moore Team, BY FAR, was the smoothest and easiest transaction I have ever had. From day one the team was kind, extremely responsive and gave clear direction. We were able to close on our home in three weeks and there were NO HICCUPS. Vann and his team were even able to help us with a credit re-score to improve our interest rate and lower the cost of the loan. What I loved the most: • Every time I called someone answered (and they were always familiar with my account and could answer questions). • When necessary, my calls were returned by the appropriate person QUICKLY (I NEVER had to call multiple times to get my questions answered). • They NEVER asked me to upload documents (bank statements, etc.) more than once—this was probably my favorite part and was a NIGHT AND DAY experience from other lenders. • Everyone was NICE and sincerely dedicated to helping me and my husband purchase our home. • The online portal and app were easy to use and made uploading necessary documents a breeze. • They were LIGHTNING FAST and were able to move up my closing date by more than 2 weeks. I don’t anticipate needing another home loan in the near future, but when I do, I will be doing business with the Moore Team—they have earned a life-long customer! I could not recommend their services more highly.
