Kelsey Saylor1I went to this location...the Decatur location off on Clariemont Avenue on 10/16/2021, around the time they first opened up in the morning. I went to the teller...the older guy soon with dark blue eyes, as you walk in that sits to the left. I was discriminated by this teller. I have an account with Credit Union of Atlanta as well and Delta Community Credit Union are both partnership banks. I was previously told by an representative at Credit Union of Atlanta that I could also go to Delta Community Credit Union to make withdrawals, deposits, or inquire about other banking issues with Credit Union of Atlanta with them as well that I may have at Delta Community Credit Union too. When I went to this Delta Credit Union and requested to make an withdrawal in regards to an previous loan that I had with CUA, I was advised by the older guy that works at this Delta Credit Union that I am unable to make any withdrawals or inquire about any cards. Soon as I left the Delta Community Credit Union in Decatur, I went to other Delta Community Credit Union out in Sandy Springs and they assisted me with the transactions with NO PROBLEM or ISSUES! Do not go to this Delta Community Credit Union in Decatur, Thanks to this older guy you will feel unwelcomed and discriminated against...I will never come back there again for any further transactions!

Rhonda Robinson5It was quick and easy to open my savings and checking accounts online, but we had to go into a branch office to continue the joint accounts setup with my husband's information. Daryl was our Customer Service Rep. and he was Excellent! Very patient and professional until the last transaction, especially at the end of day on Friday, the Tellers had already clocked out. Yet, this young man stayed with a smile all the while. What a refreshing customer service experience and a real delight. If not for his friendly & kind demeanor my husband and I would have left without the two accounts and his Direct Deposit addition. God bless and peace.

richard tarantino5I started banking here since moving to Atlanta 3 years ago from California and this is like a true hometown bank, yet professional and modern. The staff are super personable, efficient and smart. I have several types of loans from them as well as all my banking and they always do a great job.

Stephanie Langlois1This is the bank that once you put your money in, you apparently cant get it back out. Here are the times they refused to give me my money in a timely manner (essentially every single time I requested the removal of over $1000)1. When opening the account they put a hold on my account for nearly a month (they say it only takes 7-10 days supposedly). While the money was in transfer, they wouldn't even give me enough to pay rent, even though I had far more in there than I needed for rent. 2. I tried to buy a car and apparently they put an automatic block on the account so you cant remove more then $1500 in one day. You have to special request a hold removal and that takes several business days. 3. I tried to send a wire transfer. They walked me through the steps on their store computer. The transfer failed and I was told to wait for a message in my online banking about why so I could try again. Never got it. 3 weeks later I called and spoke with a Delta representative about why the transfer didn't go through and how to resend another. She dosent know how to send another or why the first didnt go through. We spend 1.5 hours on the phone before she hangs up on me. I go to the branch in person where they do it all manually and tell me that the online reps so cannot see the same screen layout I can on the delta website and that is why they are essentially useless (my words, not theirs). Turns out if you send a wire transfer online they have to call you to confirm information and if you dont pick up they reject the transfer. But of course, no one mentioned that while they walked me through the process in store. 4. Tried to transfer money to a new account at another bank and they need an account verification. This new account representative told me it should be instant and able to be emailed by Delta. Delta wont email it. They told me they would send it to my online messaging center instantly. I receive nothing (just like I never received the rejection for the wire transfer). Only other way to get it is submit an email request and wait 2 business days. They were supposed to fix the issue with my messaging center months ago during the wire transfer issue and never did the request so the issue remains, and supposedly they will fix it this time (Im not holding my breath). This bank is barely functional. At least if you had your money under your mattress, you wouldn't have to fight someone every time you need to access it.

Pippy Kat5Went in to open account because I needed a bank card to get a rental to attend my Granny’s funeral...(very emotional I was) however the workers were very professional and very helpful she even gave me a huge hug...which I really needed!!! Nice clean very organized professional bank I’ve ever been to. I also loved the fact that it’s very private no other customers looking over your shoulder or hearing all your business 8 thumbs up for that!!!

Pastor Michelle Rome5Professional, courteous, excellent customer service skills of staffs. I like the fact that when you are the next customer, you are spoken to and treated as an important customer. The office is very clean and there is no paperwork out for others to see. Security is visible and focus on the surroundings and not distracted, (yes, you can tell, by observing). I love the Decatur branch. In and out. Thank you Delta.

Zac Bell1Literally the most incompetent lender I have ever encountered. I’ve spent a total of 12 hours in this place over the past week attempting to get an auto loan, and each time I come in I’m surprised with at least 3 new hoops that were previously not issues, even when brought to the lenders attention. Go anywhere else for your auto. They could have given me a 0% interest rate and it still wouldn’t be worth this much hassle. Seriously save yourself the headache.

I Am Geo'Re1First time in on a Monday at 2:30. It seems like the focus is more on the members then whos actually coming into the establishment. I came in not knowing whether to stand or sit. I came in thinking since i needed to become a member or open a account I would need to be seated and someone would assist me. Their are no greeters. And the line system they have going on is so unorganized. I wouldnt recommend coming here if you want the best customer service. Ashamed to even become a member when I was recommended to withdraw my funds and become a member at this branch.

Effie Chin1I attempted to create an account online and received a letter informing me I would need to come into a branch to show my driver's license. I arrived around 2:00PM on a Thursday and was told I would need to give my documentation to an account specialist. The person at the counter could not provide me with any more information, but he did suggest that I might need more than just my ID. He couldn't look it up to tell me what all I would need, but he did let me know that if I didn't have everything, I would have to leave and come back. I waited almost 40 minutes and an account specialist did not speak with me to either scan my ID or let me know what documentation I needed to open an account. I left. I don't want to bank somewhere where simple service requires so many hoops and such a long wait. I decided to take my money elsewhere.
