  I have had two experiences with Fairway during the past year. First, when I bought a house, and while this was not my very first, it was my first in years and I was intimidated by all the details, where the devil resides. Dealing with the group in the Decatur office meant having the protection of a team. Every single person was informative & calming. Later, I sold my old house, and while the Moore team had no financial stake in the transaction, Jeremy still took the time to make suggestions how I could use the infusion of cash to get the benefits of a refinance without the expense. Amazing. If I am back in the housing market, I will turn to the Moore team, knowing that they will have my back.

  The Moore team was communicative, upbeat and enthusiastically walked me through the refinancing process step-by-step while patiently answering all of my questions. They also backed up all their enthusiasm with real results (our house appraised way higher than expected!). As a visual learner. I also found their presentation tool comparing different payoff scenarios extremely helpful for understanding our options. Our loan officer, Jeremy, along with the whole team were awesome!

  The Moore Team is the white glove experience of mortgage lending and refinancing. The team is very responsive, understanding and caring in how they approach each mortgage. They take the guess work out of the equation, provide all the facts and figures, and makes it a seamless experience. Their software is top notch providing us an easy way to share and receive documentation. We have used them when purchasing our home as well as to refinance our home for a better rate when rates dropped.

  The Moore Team made my first-time, home buying experience an amazing one! The entire team was extremely helpful and always so quick to respond. I did not know what to expect and had very little knowledge of what all went into purchasing a home. I definitely felt intimidated with the idea of even starting this process.   Mark Vann is fantastic, as is the entire Moore Team. They were always so pleasant to work with, never asked us for documents previously provided (a common occurrence with other lenders), and worked very efficiently.
