  The greatest to work with. Polite, on time, responsive, caring about the clients needs, and quickest loan process out there. Loan process was completed in under 3 weeks. The whole house process is so stressing but the loan process was so smooth that it relived a lot of my stress all thanks to Anshal Rode. Anshal Rode was with me through out the whole process when I needed him and when I didn't think his help was needed and that is above and beyond what a loan company would do. Answer all my questions no matter how dumb or out of his purview.   We originally were working with one of the big name credit unions who was supposed to be great at handling VA loans and were astounded at the lack of customer service and days waiting for responses to our questions. We reached out to Ru at the suggestion of our realtor and never looked back. He was incredibly knowledgeable of the market in NOVA, responsive to all of our questions and concerns, and essentially held our hand until we closed. We cannot recommend him enough to other home buyers!

  Robert Martinson and Scott Gordon were so so amazing with my husband and I, as this was our first time buying a house. We had to have a fast closing, and I honestly don't think it could have happened with anyone else, and we shopped for a lot of lendors. They were perfect and they are so responsive and up front about everything, including timelines and providing options with certain requirements for what we could do. This will always be a stressful process, but they really helped navigate the process that I couldn't do without them. Thanks guys. :)

  It was a great working with Robert and Scott! They provided step by step guidance and were courteous, professional and meticulous. Believe me I know, I am an Accountant. What set them apart was how engaged they were from the first call through close, especially as they worked through the holidays to ensure we expedited the close as I was moving from out of state and needed a place to stay immediately vs renting or storing furniture for a month. I could email, call or text them anytime and they were readily available, unlike big box banks and online mortgage companies. Very happy I choose Monument Home Loans and would highly recommend them to anyone!
