  It was a pleasure working with Andrew for BOTH of my home loans. I HIGHLY recommend working with Andrew because not he possesses extensive home loans knowledge with over 20 years of experience but he was advising me on many questions that I had and questions I didn't even think of. I worked with him on both conventional and VA loans and we were able to close quickly and seamlessly on my loans. Overall, the experience was pleasant and I would work with him again in the future!

  Andrew and his Ops Coordinator Christie were the two most wonderful people to work with on not just one, but two mortgages. I would buy another house just to work with them again (jk, but if I had the money...). They were efficient, extremely responsive and attentive and made the mortgage process a breeze from application through closing. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are the definition of excellent customer service and used all their industrial knowledge to make my life easier.

  Our experience with Andrew was seamless! With interest rates so low at the moment, many lenders are completely swamped and overworked and sometimes even unresponsive right now. But not Andrew! We contacted him based on a referral from a friend. He immediately contacted me, walked us through the process of the loan application and instantly gave us a quote for a refinance after receiving our application. I e-mailed him with some questions and within minutes he was on the phone calling us to give us answers. The entire process was quick and we even had our settlement date moved up. We’ve done a few purchases and refinances in our time and this has been hands down the smoothest one! We are so thankful he made our lives easy and helped us save money! It was a true pleasure working with Andrew and his team!

  I have worked with Andrew on several refinance and even an initial mortgage application. I cannot say enough good things about the superlative job Andrew and his office (Christie Genova) do. They have greatly simplified the sometimes daunting process of refinancing, they always provide sanguine advice about options, and they are easily the best refinance and initial mortgage company in the area. Andrew on the initial phone call will discuss feasibility. Once determined, he asks for a small amount of information in the form of a loan application (which is essentially a credit check), then he discusses things like "debt-to-income ratio". I am a scientist, so the rules of refinancing and mortgages, and accounting are arcane to me. Next he will discuss with you the details of your new mortgage, and even though they may not exactly turn out the way they are described in this conversation, he clarifies and explains what could change, what could go wrong, etc. Generally though, they do turn out almost or 98% accurate in the end. After agreeing, one files a formal application. Then you meet his assistant Christie, who seems to be another wealth of information like Andrew. More though, she collects, and manages all the extra documentation needed during a refinance. A great team! What makes Andrew and the team OUTSTANDING is the level of attention and just amazing customer service they provide. It's very clear to me that they love their profession, and their attention to detail in their polite, timely, and incredibly helpful responses set them apart. Customer service is something that frankly - many businesses lack or don't clearly understand here in Northern VA. So when you find a team led by Andrew like this - it is simply amazing and such a relief to work with kind, caring expertise. At the end of all it, they schedule a closing with you. The closers COME TO YOUR HOUSE. It could not be easier. After 30 minutes, and about 80 signatures, you are done. And if Andrew and his team work their magic (like they almost always do for solid credit risks) you will be saving money - lots of money monthly. Andrew and his team are simply the best. Don't waste your time with Quicken, or Rocket. They are competent organizations, but there is no personalized touch, and customer service is monolithic and bothersome. Outstanding value, customer-service, and knowledge make Andrew and his company top-notch in Northern VA.
